About the Role

The Strategic Operations Leader will provide strategic guidance to operational teams in Victoria, driving innovation and fostering excellence across regional and local operations.

  • Lead national initiatives and collaborate with teams to achieve objectives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation while aligning team goals and national strategy
  • Analyze changes in the GP training landscape and provide timely advice in consultation with the national GP training and education leadership team

The Strategic Operations Leader will work closely with the regional Medical Education team to drive and influence operational and training excellence in Victoria.
