Project Development Specialist

Leading a multidisciplinary team, we seek an experienced Program Manager to deliver infrastructure projects in Canberra.

This long-term opportunity offers rewarding rates and flexible working arrangements.

The successful candidate will:

  • Review technical specifications, financial reports, and tender documents for suitability.
  • Monitor time, cost, and quality aspects of programs, contracts, and projects.
  • Develop and review project briefs, financial reports, minutes, and procurement documents.
  • Coordinate business cases, feasibility studies, and analysis for major infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and client-focused team management abilities.
  • Demonstrated asset management experience in commercial property and buildings.
  • Proven track record in program management, risk management, contract management, and/or government procurement processes.

Experience in ICT, project management, and government procurement is highly desirable.
