Crisis Response Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional coordinator to join our emergency management team. This role will involve working closely with the manager and vendor to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings and discussions between the emergency management team, vendors, and clients.
- Assist with reviewing and uploading performance reports to the client portal.
- Support the emergency management manager with planning and training initiatives.
- Respond to site-based inquiries on training operations and diagrams.
- Create requests and work orders to address issues raised by vendors and clients.
- Verify document contents and create financial proposals.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- A can-do attitude and proven ability to build relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
