Seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Critical Incident Clinician.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide psychological support and interventions to individuals and organizations affected by traumatic events. This position plays a vital part in delivering immediate aid and promoting recovery.

About the Role

This critical incident clinician will work closely with internal teams, employers, and stakeholders to coordinate service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing onsite and virtual crisis response services following traumatic or high-impact events.
  • Delivering individual and group psychological first aid, defusings, and debriefings using trauma-informed approaches.
  • Conducting clinical risk assessments and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Preparing clear and professional clinical documentation and post-incident reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Expertise in trauma response, workplace mental health, and crisis intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
