**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services.

**About Us:

**Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures, quickly identifying the cause(s) of issues, and replacing faulty components with minimal customer and business disruption. This will include post-execution quality checks and verifying that grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling are set up properly according to safety protocols, deployment standards, and planned Network Design Tasks (NDTs). Additionally, the candidate will decommission hardware for simple changes and refreshes following standard procedures with minimal guidance.

The ideal candidate will also assist and provide guidance to other technicians to complete challenging or complex tasks. They will contribute to a positive and effective team environment by sharing information with others, contributing to regular team meetings, asking questions, and staying apprised of the status of others' work.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components. You should have at least 1 year of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology. The ability to work shifts, including shift assignments during non-standard business hours that may include evening, nighttime, weekends, and/or holidays, is also essential.

In addition, you will need to be able to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements. This includes passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Citizenship verification and NV1/2, PV clearance assessments may also be required.

**Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we prefer candidates with 2+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology. Applicable certifications such as CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+) and Basic Structure Cabling (BSC) are also beneficial.

**What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
