We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate full-time Drive Way Concierge to join our service team.\
Key Responsibilities:\

  • Greet customers on arrival.\
  • Check in customers' vehicles with service advisors.\
  • Tag and move vehicles to waiting bays.\
  • Dropping off customers when required.\
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.\
  • Ensure all procedures are adhered to when handling customer vehicles.\
  • Assist in the car wash when required.\
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by management.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills.\
  • Strong commitment and dedication towards customer service and satisfaction.\
  • Ability to work in a team environment.\
  • Current driver's license.\
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.\
  • Professionally presented, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to communicate well.\
  • Concierge experience is desirable but not necessary.\
