About the Role: This career position requires an energetic individual with strong business partnering skills, financial modeling expertise, and attention to detail. Experience in finance partnering, business planning cycles, and commercial insights is essential for translating information to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Support retail operations and team to optimize financial performance and inform commercial decisions
- Provide month-end support and analytical services across retail portfolio
- Conduct month-end closing, analyze sales margin, cost lines, KPIs, and board reporting
- Ongoing forecasting, strategy planning, and budgeting support
- Ad-hoc financial and commercial analysis
- Utilize business case for new projects and store performance reviews
- Continuous improvement projects, developing and enhancing reporting and planning tools, and identifying efficiency opportunities

  • Required qualifications: Bachelor of Business (Accounting, Finance or Economics) degree and/or CA/CPA qualification
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' management reporting and analysis experience in a large company with commercial accounting/finance and/or finance business partnering experience
  • Key skills: Building relationships, extracting data into actionable insight, organized, accurate, flexibility, verbal and written communication skills, ability to provide finance support to non-finance stakeholders

Technical skills: MicroStrategy (expert/intermediate), SAP (intermediate)
