Financial Advisor for Performance Improvement

As a trusted Finance Partner, you'll provide commercial insight, financial advice, and forward-thinking support. From setting annual targets and building robust financial plans to forecasting, defining performance metrics, and delivering impactful reporting, your work will help guide critical decisions and ensure we get the most value from our resources.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of financial professionals to support operations.
- Provide financial advice and direction to Operations executives and leadership teams.
- Deliver deep insights into drivers of monthly results against budgets, forecasts, and expectations (variance analysis) to the business and finance.
- Identify and monitor key financial and operational metrics to enable timely and proactive response to identified trends.
- Work with Operations business leads to establish annual budgets and forecasts with key assumptions rationalized, clearly articulated, and endorsed.
- Review and challenge initiatives within Operations to ensure that business decisions are made with a clear understanding of likely financial outcomes.
- Define business requirements and structures that allow visibility of spend, identification of waste, business performance improvement, and drive accountability.
