Procurement Officer - Exciting Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to engage with stakeholders, manage documents, conduct market research, and ensure pipeline visibility. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to shadow contract negotiations and supplier briefings.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize important documents
  • Engage with stakeholders to draft documents and respond to supplier clarifications
  • Ensure pipeline visibility by prompting stakeholders on deadlines
  • Take minutes for sourcing committee meetings
  • Shadow contract negotiations and supplier briefings
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in procurement or a similar field
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research
  • Experience in taking meeting minutes
