Procurement Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the procurement function and delivering high-quality procurement services. Your expertise in procurement, sourcing, and contract management will drive strategic initiatives and ensure efficient delivery of services aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Leading a team of procurement specialists to deliver high-quality procurement outcomes
  • Partnering with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives and improve commercial outcomes
  • Providing subject matter expertise in procurement, sourcing, and contract management processes
  • Applying category management principles to identify opportunities, manage risk, and drive value
  • Overseeing sourcing activities from strategy development to contract award, ensuring governance and probity
  • Managing supplier relationships and contract performance to ensure value realization and service excellence

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement leadership roles, ideally within complex or regulated environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Expertise in category management, sourcing, and contract management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement
  • Relevant qualifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS)
