As a presales professional, your focus will be on assisting the sales team by developing solution architectures and value propositions, advising on sales and development plans, and delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations.

We operate in a highly competitive market, and your contributions will significantly impact our sales achievements. You will promote the benefits of using our products and solutions through exceptional presales support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to successful sales achievements through delivery of high-quality presales support
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Enterprise Asset Management solutions and their associated business benefits
  • Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations to qualified prospects
  • Support the Customer Account Manager with presales activities, including the development of sales plans, proposals, and presentations for prospects
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of developments and issues in industry-related areas, including competitors and technology trends

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Background working in an asset management role in industries such as Asset Intensive, Local Government, Education, or Health & Community (desired but not essential)
  • Knowledge or awareness of our products (an advantage but not essential)
  • Background working with Asset Management and/or Project Lifecycle Management Software
  • Relationship management capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience working in a sales environment (an advantage but not essential)
