Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone and email
- Schedule sign-up meetings for consultants and advisers
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all data points
- Maintain database information through recording, matching, and checking records
- Manage incoming emails and complete general administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to competently use Microsoft suite of products
- Strong attention to detail and excellent phone and customer service skills
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations in a patient and professional manner
- Ability to work to and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work fast-paced and to time-critical deadlines
