About the Role:
Strathfield Council offers an excellent opportunity for a Stormwater Operations Supervisor to be part of our Operations department on a permanent, full-time basis. The primary objective of this role is to support the upkeep of the Council's stormwater infrastructure.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Completion of Year 12 higher school certificate or equivalent specialist skills.
- Experience in concreting and general labouring, including but not limited to concrete finishing, paving, road works, asphalting, and drainage tasks.
- Capability to perform physical labour.
- Ability to apply multi-skilling effectively in the workplace.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possession of a valid HR driver licence.
- Certification for General Induction for construction work in NSW.
- Traffic Control ticket.
- Demonstrated experience adhering to WHS requirements.
- Experience in operating a road sweeper (desirable).
- Familiarity with Backhoe, Skid Steer, and Roller operation (desirable).
- First Aid certification (desirable).
