Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the construction and maintenance of facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for directing project construction planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling activities. They will also interpret drawings and implement specifications for job site queries and resolve technical issues encountered during execution of construction projects.

In addition, the candidate will formulate and enforce operational and construction standards that support company objectives, contractual requirements, and comply with regulatory and environmental standards. They will also hire, train, and lead a competent workforce to be versatile and technically savvy.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical acumen, an eye for detail, and a proven ability to make decisions and adhere to strict deadlines. They will also possess an active TS/SCI with adjudicated CI polygraph or Host Nation TS/PV clearance and a degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct project construction planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling activities.
  • Interpret drawings and implement specifications for job site queries.
  • Resolve technical issues encountered during execution of construction projects.
  • Formulate and enforce operational and construction standards.
  • Hire, train, and lead a competent workforce.

The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the success of our construction projects and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Requirements
  • Possess an active TS/SCI with adjudicated CI polygraph or Host Nation TS/PV clearance.
  • A degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience with construction/facility projects of similar scope, size, and complexity.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers, and sub-contractors.
  • Professional certification/registration.
