Job Summary:

This position involves overseeing the management of construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget and in accordance with specifications.

  • A degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least seven years of experience working on construction/facility projects of similar size, scope, and complexity is necessary.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager, supervising project managers, engineers, and subcontractors is required.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of multi-million dollar projects, balancing resources while maintaining cost and schedules. They should also be able to work in a 24x7 operational environment requiring close coordination with mission operations. Experience in proposal preparation and cost estimation, as well as working in remote locations, is desired.

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph if they are a U.S. citizen, or an Australian TS/PV clearance if they are an Australian national.
