About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Project Management, Engineering & Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the subsea oil & gas market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business development initiatives and projects
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Relevant engineering degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of business development success in the subsea oil & gas industry
  • Strong understanding of subsea pipeline design, subsea structures, and associated subsea engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
