We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Banking Specialist Relief Glenelg. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing relief support to surrounding branches.
Key Responsibilities- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide Relief Support: Offer relief support to surrounding branches, ensuring seamless service delivery and meeting customer needs.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Work with customers to help them use our in-branch technology and digital banking options, ensuring they leave satisfied.
- Financial Health Checks: Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Loan and Credit Applications: Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers through community events and fundraising activities, promoting a positive brand image.
- Team Safety and Wellbeing: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of your team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Use tools to capture customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and driving service excellence.
