Customer Banking Specialist Relief

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Banking Specialist Relief to join our team at CommBank. As a key member of our Retail Banking Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing holistic banking solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop in-depth relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Financial Solutions: Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
- Branch Support: Support local branches across the region, including Narromine, Dubbo, Gulgong, and Mudgee, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Financial Health Checks: Conduct regular financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of business operations and financial principles, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to putting customers at the forefront of all decision-making.
