Dedicated Disability Support Professional

Empowering people with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives is a core aspect of this position. As a Support Worker, you will provide tailored support that promotes independence, inclusion, and personal growth across various settings.
You will assist clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development, while promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will develop and implement individualised support plans that encourage independence and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.
