About the Role

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our care team in providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities. As a disability support worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that promote inclusivity, respect, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to people with disabilities in their homes and during community outings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Facilitate participation in recreational and social activities that enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, or Aged Care.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • National Police Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid certification and CPR.
  • Preferred qualification: NDIS Workers Orientation.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Fully COVID vaccinated.
  • Current full Driver's license.
Competencies and Experience
  • Minimum 6 months' experience supporting people with disabilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice.
