Our Ideal Candidate

  • We're seeking a talented professional to join our team at Macarthur Square Branch as an experienced lender who can coach customers through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to provide personalized support and guidance throughout the home loan process.
  • You'll also have opportunities to grow your skills as a lender and expand your business opportunities and sources of referrals.

What You Will Bring

  • Significant residential lending and retail banking experience is essential.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise are also crucial.
  • You should be able to effectively network to build customer and community connections.
