Residential Lending Credit Specialist

This role involves assessing and approving loan applications while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct comprehensive credit assessments to inform lending decisions.
  • Liaise with valuers, solicitors, brokers, and financial advisers as necessary.
  • Collaborate with relationship managers to develop tailored credit solutions that meet organisational guidelines.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lending credit, including PAYG and/or self-employed/Trusts.
  • Hold a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) of at least $500k or currently hold one.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Display strong attention to detail and a collaborative team mindset.
