Quality Assurance Specialist - Home Lending

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and control in our home lending operations.

You will work closely with our Operational and Compliance teams to monitor and report suspicious transactions to regulatory bodies. Your expertise in credit underwriting processes and compliance requirements will be instrumental in identifying potential risks and ensuring that our lending guidelines are met.

  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our lending processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to address quality and control issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in residential lending.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lending or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of credit underwriting processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in monitoring controls, preferably in residential lending.
  • High-level attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
