Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • They will be responsible for scheduling appointments, making outbound calls to promote products and services, and working closely with technicians to resolve customer inquiries.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a call centre environment, with experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales opportunities.
  • They will be proficient in using web-based databases and email programs, with the ability to work calmly under pressure while multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer queries in an effective manner.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Schedule appointments for residential customers with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Convert incoming enquiries into sales opportunities using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work to deadlines, KPI's, and meet sales targets while working as a team and independently.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a call centre environment (essential).
  • Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales.
  • Ability to use multiple web-based databases and email programs.
  • Proficient in communicating verbally and electronically.
  • Calmly work under pressure while multitasking.
