Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee comprehensive payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and other teams.

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Expertise in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in multi-state payroll requirements, awards, legislation, and taxation.
  • Confidence in auditing and managing payroll and timekeeping systems.
