Job Title: Payroll Specialist Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll and workforce management, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable, compliant, and efficient workforce solutions, with experience in solution design and implementation. They will work closely with stakeholders to deliver business requirements, ensuring effective translation into system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Payroll Specialists to deliver high-quality payroll services.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in payroll and workforce management domains (technical and/or functional).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Workforce management and time and attendance systems experience.
  • UKG product knowledge.
  • Hands-on payroll operations or systems background.
