Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies for our brand groups. This role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering campaigns that drive attendance and sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple brand groups
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver campaign goals
  • Manage campaign budgets and forecasting, following company procedure for purchase orders and monthly accounting review
  • Develop an engaging digital experience to connect with existing and potential customers through continuous content development and collaboration with the Digital Channel Managers
  • Competitor analysis and understanding to facilitate strategic direction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing across the mix with a Bachelor Degree Or Master in Marketing or Business
  • Strong ecommerce skills and commercial acumen are essential to this role
  • Experience of customer acquisition and retention programs is essential
  • Project management skills working with external agencies and internal stakeholders in this fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
