Job Title: Campaign Director - Property Marketing

This role is a high-impact position that plays a pivotal part in driving property development projects forward through strategic marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, innovative, and proactive – someone who excels in campaign execution with precision and thrives on strategy.

Key Role:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple developments, encompassing brand positioning and buyer journeys.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to review, adapt, and enhance campaigns based on buyer behavior and sales insights.
  • Oversee external design consultants to deliver key marketing materials, including branding, hoarding, brochures, signage, and digital assets.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer journey mapping, including automation and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Confidently manage and update WordPress websites, with a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and digital performance tracking.
  • Plan and implement email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Oversee and execute social media strategies, including creative briefs and scheduling shoots.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in off-the-plan property marketing, with an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey.
  • Proven ability to build, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing consultants, creatives, and internal teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
  • Highly organized, strategic, and proactive, comfortable owning the entire campaign lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, such as CRM systems, content management systems (CMS), Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • A bold, creative mindset, able to push boundaries, think outside the box, and bring fresh energy to every campaign.
