Retail Brand Leadership Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and lead the development of innovative retail brand strategies that drive growth and success in a dynamic market.

As a Retail Brand Executive, you will be responsible for driving the annual centre marketing plan to budget, leveraging strategic marketing initiatives to boost retailer sales, foot traffic, website traffic, and Centre awareness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across various media channels to enhance Centre appeal and increase retailer participation.
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers to ensure alignment and synergy in their individual marketing campaigns, leveraging key metrics, challenges, and opportunities to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain partnerships with digital and creative agencies to secure optimal outcomes for the Centre.
  • Create, implement, and deliver engaging promotional campaigns across relevant media platforms, capitalising on business opportunities and fostering brand recognition.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community stakeholders, tenants, and customers to promote Centre awareness and manage brand reputation.
  • Demonstrate sound financial management of marketing campaign budgets through accurate budgeting, campaign reporting, and reconciliation, analysing ROI for all campaigns.
  • Oversee the Centre's digital and social media platforms, managing database marketing in conjunction with third-party social media/website agencies.
  • Promote Supplementary Income targets across the Centre (Mall, Brand Space, and Sundry), identifying income-generating opportunities and exploring commercialisation possibilities.
  • Provide regular reports on Centre performance, including weekly, monthly, and as required analyses.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, preferably with tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing campaigns, including budget planning and execution.
  • Enthusiastic team player with excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of key performance indicators for the Centre, including sales figures, traffic statistics, and public relations activities.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing market trends and technologies, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
