We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Heathcote Health, a leading provider of rural health services in Victoria, Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions to clients in a variety of settings, including home, hospital, and community-based services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of occupational therapy services.
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Allied Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
