Job Title

As a dedicated receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service skills and high administrative abilities.

  • Providing exceptional patient service according to our values and principles;
  • Managing data entry, appointments, and patient enquiries;
  • Liaising with referring doctors;
  • Operating our booking system;
  • Performing other duties as required by management;

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in medical imaging or a related receptionist role;
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Windows;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to show patients care, compassion, and empathy;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical personnel verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism;
  • Prioritise and multitask in a busy environment;
  • Time management skills to prioritise tasks;
  • Team player and autonomous working capabilities;
  • Ambition to learn and continually challenge yourself;

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities and deadlines. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is also essential.
