Key Insights Manager Position

About the Role

As a Key Insights Manager, you will lead our Retail Analytics function in providing strategic data-driven decisions, supporting the development and delivery of Australia Post's business objectives while optimising the day-to-day operations of the Post Office network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse data and reports with a strong focus on performance and commercial outcomes, working closely with stakeholders to interpret results and drive informed decisions.
  • Develop and implement data strategies to ensure data integrity, uphold quality standards, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Design and establish data collection systems and strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and improve overall data quality.
Requirements
  • 10 years + experience in data and analytics in a large & complex organisation, including leading Analytics functions.
  • Ability to prepare and present comprehensive briefs, reports and initiatives and other material to senior and executive management, and to staff at all levels.
  • Experience building reporting data solutions.
  • Experience with advanced database querying (SQL) and automation approaches (GCP, Python etc).
  • Report visualisation across Tableau, Power BI & other similar software.
