**The Role**
We have a unique opportunity to join our friendly and collaborative IT team, supporting Business Intelligence and Applications. In this role, you will work strategically with stakeholders across the firm to identify process improvements and to understand, communicate and map user’s needs.
Your technical responsibilities will include:
- Design of business intelligence and analytics reports via PowerBI.
- Assemble data for end-user requirements within agreed timeframes.
- Timely resolution of issues reported via service desk.
- Provide advice and training to end users.
**About You**
- Experience in PowerBI, PowerShell, SharePoint and/or SQL.
- Experience in web architecture.
- Experience and knowledge with regards to regulatory requirements for software documentation and controls.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Dedicated approach to customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Solution focused with the ability to see the big picture.
- Inquisitive nature to explore opportunities, analyse situations and problem solve.

**Further Information**
- This role will be based in our Melbourne CBD office with flexible working in line with our hybrid working policy.
- This position is only open to those who hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
