  • About the Opportunity:
    • We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the delivery of medical technologies to patients in need.
    • As a Training Specialist, you will enable our sales team to collaborate extensively with healthcare professionals, impacting individual lives one patient at a time.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Design and Implementation:
    • Develop comprehensive product training programs aligned with CRM certification and organisational goals.
    • Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of core training sessions and workshops, including Pinnacle III, DISCOVER, and ANZ RM Advance Training & New Product training programs.
  • Employee Training Needs Assessment:
    • Evaluate employee knowledge, skills, and abilities against job requirements.
    • Makes recommendations to leadership and HR based on assessment.
  • Secondary Responsibilities:
    • Cordinate and participate in Rhythm Management customer training programs, teaching technical workshops and supporting in-house customer programs.

  • Knowledge:
    • A seasoned, experienced professional with wide-ranging experience and expertise in a specialized field.
