Corporate Financial Advisor

ClearCompany is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Financial Advisor to join their executive leadership team as an Associate Director. This exciting opportunity will enable you to drive business growth and development, leveraging your expertise in transaction management, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.
• Manage and mentor a team of investment banking professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional development.
• Take a leading role in client management activities, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their strategic objectives, and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modelling to evaluate investment opportunities, identify risks, and assess potential returns for clients.
• Collaborate with senior executives and other stakeholders to develop transaction strategies, formulate recommendations, and present findings to clients.
• Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new client opportunities, participating in client pitches, and contributing to preparing marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or CFA are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with a proven track record of successfully executing complex transactions.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a team, fostering a high-performance culture and delivering exceptional results.
• In-depth knowledge of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence key stakeholders.
• Strong business development skills, including identifying and cultivating new client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and demonstrated critical thinking ability.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus benefits package, including bonus structure and opportunities for career advancement.
