We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Culture, Engagement & Organizational Performance to join our People Development & Performance team. This role encourages you to explore how the company works and gives you a global reach in finding ways we can keep improving.

This is a challenging role that requires identifying and solving complex challenges; shaping people processes and influencing how our company operates while ensuring our managers and people processes help us achieve our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in Talent Management and People operations at a multi-national organization. They will be able to develop, implement, and coordinate multiple initiatives from scratch to meet business goals and objectives backed by clear and measurable metrics.
