Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for solving complex challenges related to last mile delivery in your assigned territory.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will partner with Quality Managers, Operations Managers and external property managers to ensure timely delivery of goods out of our facilities. Your key responsibilities will include conducting weekly deep dives on addresses for which we have failed to deliver on the first day, interacting with property managers to address concerns with service levels being provided, monitoring delivery attempts throughout the day, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve Customer Experience by providing input and data related to these instances.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Intermediate to High Excel Proficiency.
  • A conscientious, dedicated approach; striving to meet or exceed departmental production goals.
  • Demonstrable problem solving, analytical ability.
  • Able to handle long and short-term, varied and multiple tasks, while remaining committed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve departmental goals.
  • A valid driver's license.
