ANC is a last mile delivery and direct to consumer (D2C) specialist, partnering with many large and emerging retail and e-commerce customers. Our ambition is to significantly disrupt the delivery environment to offer high value propositions to large retailers moving online and fast-growing e-commerce customers.

The Operations Development Manager is a leader within the Operations function and is responsible for implementing and executing our operational strategy with a focus on executing with excellence.
You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will
**Lead**: Influence successful customer outcomes by partnering with the National Operations team to drive exceptional results.
**Own**: Support the Business Manager with representation of ANC operations in front of customers, their transport and logistics leaders, and advocate for customers and their needs internally.
**Delight customers**: Support the National Operations team in providing the customers with the best possible experience on each and every delivery.
**Strategise**: Analyse key client data to identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency. Design, build and execute processes to improve our operation and quality metrics, to proactively drive efficiency gains, process improvement strategies and offer cost effective solutions that enable better overall results and outcomes.
**Safety**: Everyone at ANC is responsible for safety. You will work with our Delivery Professionals and operations team to ensure our robust initiatives are being executed to continue to improve driver safety & wellbeing.

- You have 5+ years' experience: In Warehousing, Logistics, Fulfilment, eCommerce, or a related field.
- You have demonstrated experience leading a team within the transport industry: You know how to build a high-performance team culture and influence to get the best results.
