Logistics Support Specialist

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of final mile deliveries, meeting both business and client-specific KPIs.

This position acts as the daily interface between the Business, Client, internal parties, and delivery parties, adhering to all relevant requirements.

  • Create and distribute instructions for client delivery, redirection, and collection processes and related issues.
  • Promote efficiency and safety, maintaining legal compliance matters pertaining to Transport aspects.
  • Arrange transport for import FLC, LCL shipments.
  • E nsure adherence to all applicable regulations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective stakeholder management capability and excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Technical proficiency - intermediate skills on Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
