Role Overview:

High-rise Residential Project Manager Required.

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Architect to lead the delivery of large-scale residential projects in Sydney. With a focus on quality and safety, the ideal candidate will effectively manage architectural teams, collaborate with consultants and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide architectural teams to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years' experience in high-rise/multi-residential architecture with a proven track record of successful project delivery in NSW.
  • Registered Architect in NSW (or working towards) with strong technical and design capabilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire architectural teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
