Reliability Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer with expertise in vibration analysis to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing predictive maintenance programs using vibration analysis, lubrication, and thermography. They will also assist with RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance) and FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement vibration-based predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Conduct condition monitoring assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improving plant reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Provide training and support to team members on predictive maintenance best practices.
  • Lead maintenance strategies and programs for clients, leveraging data analytics techniques to drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • VCAT1 certification with VCAT2 highly regarded.
  • Engineering degree or trade certificate desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies, including vibration analysis, lubrication, and thermography.
  • Recent experience in the resource industry, preferably in Oil & Gas or Mining.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, JDE.
