Seeking Experienced Tax Attorney

We are looking for a seasoned tax attorney to lead our national tax practice. The ideal candidate will have practiced for at least 8 years, with experience ranging from structuring mergers and acquisitions to forming private equity and venture capital funds, as well as real estate investment vehicles.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated proficiency in partnership and corporate tax, including drafting operating agreements and limited partnership agreements. Experience with executive and other equity-based compensation is desired but not necessary.

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
  • Minimum 5+ years' tax law experience (private practice preferred)
  • LL.M. in Taxation preferred
  • Active bar license in any state
