Lead Tax Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced tax attorney to lead our national tax practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in structuring mergers, acquisitions and minority investment transactions.

This professional will be part of our Corporate, Tax & Transactions service line, and can be based in various offices across the United States. However, for the right candidate, we would be open to a hybrid/remote position.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Minimum 5+ years' tax law experience (private practice preferred)
  • LL.M. in Taxation preferred
  • Active bar license in any state

The successful candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in partnership and corporate tax, including drafting operating agreements and limited partnership agreements. Experience with executive and other equity-based compensation is desired but not necessary.
