Mental Health Professional Opportunity
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation in managing psychosocial risk and work design. You will use your expertise to help leaders navigate challenging or complex mental health needs, providing pragmatic solutions that are tailored to their specific requirements.
About the Role
- Support the enhancement of current controls to enable leaders to feel confident in their roles.
- Upskill, coach, and support the business in understanding and using work design as a proactive measure for managing psychosocial risk.
- Assist in creating and updating wellbeing content for deployment throughout the organisation.
- Support the management of vendors who provide services to the Group.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with corporate organisations in psychological (mental) health and wellbeing.
- Relevant tertiary-level qualification in a related field.
- Able to build and sustain strong collaborative relationships.
- Strong influencing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
