Excavation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled excavation specialist to join our team in the fabrications and assembly of structural solutions for electrical and instrumentation installation projects in underground hard rock mines.

The role involves working closely with our construction teams, interpreting engineering drawings, and developing markups to ensure precision and quality in our work.

About You

  • Australian recognized trade qualification – Boilermaker (fabrication)
  • Strong safety attitude and commitment to safe work practices
  • 5 years' experience working in a mining or heavy industrial environment
  • Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and develop detailed markups
  • Current C Class Australian driver's license
  • Working at Heights certificate
  • EWP (Over 11 meters)
  • White construction card
  • Previous experience working with electrical teams will be an advantage but not essential
