Job Title: Fabrication Specialist

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to deliver high-quality training, assessment and guidance to students in accordance with relevant training package objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instruction and guidance to students in fabrication and welding techniques
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet industry needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve educational goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in fabrication and welding, with current hands-on industry involvement
  • Trade qualifications to a minimum of Certificate III
  • Strong expertise in advanced welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, ARC, and gas welding
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fabrication skills and current industry trends
