Frontline Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary from $58k-$62k, plus superannuation, and quarterly bonuses.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for running the existing restaurant, cafe, functions, and events, as well as working on a new venue that will complement the original.

You will lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu design, food preparation, and presentation. You will develop and execute new dishes and seasonal menus that align with the business brand and vision.

You will lead, mentor, and train a strong team for the existing site and the new venture. You will work closely with the management team to develop and launch the new venue.

You will have solid financial and business acumen to control costs and manage the budget effectively. You will have a thorough understanding of all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

You will work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef in an established venue with multiple outlets.
  • A passion for all things food and creative menu development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
