Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join our team as a Workplace Health & Safety Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving comprehensive WHS strategies and training programs across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence change and drive continual improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive WHS training programs
  • Maintain compliance with WHS legislative requirements
  • Conduct regular internal audits and site safety inspections
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Liaise with interstate sites to ensure consistency in safety objectives

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to influence change and drive continual improvement
  • Commercial business acumen and cost benefit analysis experience
  • Adequate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite
