Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior WHS Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide dedicated business partnering to ensure the highest standards of workplace health and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting frontline field managers in ensuring onsite WHS compliance with Build Standards and Practices, as well as State and Federal requirements,
  • Providing tools and information for championing WHS on-site,
  • Implementing and monitoring Hazard Identification and Risk Management processes,
  • Managing incident investigations, including report preparation and recommendations,
  • Assisting Line Management in implementing and maintaining Contractor Management Workplace Health & Safety practices,
  • Collaborating in developing and delivering safety-related training,
  • Contributing to audit and surveillance programs and updating risk assessments and risk registers.

About You: To be successful in this role, you should have between 7 and 10 years of comprehensive WHS experience. You should also have leadership, team building, and negotiation skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
