Opportunity Summary
This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the Specialist Courts and Court Support Services programs as a CISP Case Manager.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide advanced case management support to individuals participating in the CISP program with complex needs including mental illness, cognitive impairment, alcohol and substance issues, homelessness, family violence, and limited social supports.
They will engage clients through assessment and treatment planning, developing person-centred individual support plans using an holistic, strengths-based, and collaborative approach. Knowledge of evidence-informed interventions and ability to assess and manage risks are essential requirements.
About You
To succeed in this position, you will require a tertiary qualification (Diploma level or higher preferred) and/or relevant experience in case management practice with forensic clients, such as social work, psychology, welfare, drug and alcohol, or related fields. Demonstrated capacity or experience in managing clients with complex needs, along with knowledge and/or experience in speciality areas like mental health, acquired brain injury, disability, alcohol and substance use, family violence, or homelessness, is also necessary.
